Who handles the information
Meritura is a Journey product. Public product enquiries are handled through TechGeek UK's team mailbox at info@techgeekuk.com.
Information we collect
The walkthrough form collects your name, work email, organisation, role, optional message, source page and campaign parameters. It also keeps a one-way network-address hash for short-window abuse prevention; the original address is not stored in the lead record.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to review and respond to your request, secure the form, understand the requested product context and maintain a record of the business conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not add you to a newsletter or advertising list.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are sent over HTTPS and stored in the private Meritura production database in London. The table is restricted to server-side service access and is not available to anonymous or signed-in browser clients.
Retention and sharing
We retain enquiry information only while it is needed for the request, a related commercial relationship, security evidence or applicable record-keeping obligations. We use contracted infrastructure providers needed to operate the service and do not sell enquiry data.
Your choices and rights
You can ask about, correct or request deletion of enquiry information by emailing info@techgeekuk.com. Rights and lawful exceptions depend on the circumstances of the request.
Analytics and cookies
Non-essential analytics is blocked until you actively accept it. You can reject it with equal prominence or change the choice later from Cookie settings. Read the cookie notice for details.
